Issuer: When going to the DirecTV.com wed site,. I can log in and see the account overview page. I want to upgrade my package and when I click on manage my package, I get a white page and grey boxes where the selections should be. (Edited per community guidelines) my father is 80 years old, his memory isn’t good at all!! A little over a year ago he wanted to get direcTV so they came to hook up connection but where my father live it wasn’t any so my father thought they could close out the account. THEY DIDN’T!! For over a year
