Can someone provide an email address for Directv customer service?

Called 800.531.5000. when transfered by their system my call is hung up. Tried 3 departments and same result.

House sold, moved March 2021. Had service canceled. Moved in with family for 3 months. DirecTV personnel unknown to me put account on suspension and started charging me in August.
