Just programmed new remote, and can work volume and channels, but cannot turn my Samsung tv on or off.

The new HR24 will not allow the user to change the "TV Ratio" from 4:3 to 16:9. You can change it on the screen, but when you go back in, the receiver has flipped your change back to 4:3. There is no way to override this bug. There is a bug in the firmware of the HR24 that needs to be upgraded, and

I have tried to change the Aspect Ratio on my HR24 to 16:9, instead of 4:3. I can change it on the TV Ratio screen, but after I leave that screen and choose TV Ratio again, it flips the ratio back to 4:3 by itself. It will not allow my change to 16:9 to stay as I choose. What is going on??

Hello, My dish looses signal in the morning hours, however in the afternoon it works well. The signal strength in the morning is "0" on all sats and is very good 85 to 95 in the afternoon. What would cause this?

Hello, I am a satellite customer with 3 receivers, one HR24-200 DVR and two R22(w/HD)/200. Two receivers are pixelating, even without weather interference. I checked the signal strength for transponder and signal meter, all between 96-99. Seems like I'm having to hit the reset button more frequently
