I just upgraded from a mini Genie to a Gemini. My previous configuration had my smart TV and my Genie connected to my Denon AVR-S650H receiver. In order to set up the Gemini, I needed to directly connect the Gemini to the TV. Now that it's set up, is there a way to connect the Gemini to the receiver

Can I program a genie remote to my element tv without turning the tv on?

receiver often requires rebooting for signal download. Sometimes no sound unless rebooted.

Gemini remote is programmed via RF, works great. Only issue is every time I turn the Gemini receiver on, it also turns on my Genie receiver (programmed to my Genie remote via RF only also). In testing, it appears after the Gemini remote fires off the RF turn on, then it sends a secondary IR turn on
