I need help setting up my account.

I have had Directvstream since last Oct and have never been able to receive Channel 27 out f Spring field Mo. I’m in Branson, Mo 65616 and got channel 27 when I had directv by satellite in my old Branson location. I want it and I’ve tried to chat w several people and now I’ve been sent here. Please

i go to the app but can not sign in on the directv device, works on all other devices.

Would like to know if they intend to offer a MLB Extra Innings for Directv Stream. I cannot have Satelite at my apartment.

I haven't had any luck! It's been over 30 days, 6 different Rep's and 4 hours of frustration. Under details for the Internet 1000 plan it clearly states, if you have residential DIRECTV, DIRECTV STREAM, or U-verse TV, HBO channels and HBO On Demand will also be added on that TV platform.
