Login In Error To DirecTV Stream Using Apple TV

When I attempt to Open the DirecTV APP on my Apple TV, I’m sent to the login screen for the DIRECTV STREAM APP. I enter my login and password and the APP responds with: Login Error - Log Out Error! Cannot get it to log me in! Keeps giving me that error. Help would be greatly appreciated!
