Direct TV Stream is advertising Showtime at $5.50 for three months, but when I go to my account online, it say's Showtime is $11. per month. Nothing about the advertised price on TV. I just called Customer Service and was told that offer doesn't apply to me because I've had Direct TV Stream for so l

Is there anything in the works to set up multiple users under an account? I know with my old service I had one for myself, my wife and grand kids that way we could each save our favorites and record our shows.

I have reset both usernames and passwords and it says it's still throwing an error I had problems like this in the past and I had to call to reset it on their end I am trying not to call but I really want to watch my TV from my phone
