How many streams are free? i pay 5.00 and i think it is for an extra stream that I do no longer need. How do I get rid of it?

I’m new to directv stream. While watching tv channel blacks out and buffers them comes back on. I don’t have this problem with any other service. YouTube tv, Netflix, Hulu, HBO max all work just fine. 1000mpbs internet service so it’s not that. Any suggestions?
