U-verse TV Account

This is the second thread I have opened. Still no luck in getting the ability to sign on to the UVerse App. I have cleared the cache, I have deleted the app and loaded again. I tried to change the password. Nothing works. I keep getting same story. There is a IT issue and there is no estimated date
