I work at a hotel that uses RC72H genie remotes we have the receiver box mounted to the back wall of the tv. Over the past week we’ve had issues where guest have complained that the power button, volume up and down button, and the channels button not working. I’ve tried every code under the sun. We

When i launch the max app either through Roku or on my projector TV i am able to log in and get to main screen. However , when i click a show to watch it logs me out and asks me to connect to my provider. When i do that and i log back in the same thing happens.

We used to be able to record a show from an iPhone. Now we get an error---using 2 different iPhones. We can watch a live show via the iPone app. TS was of NO help. It has been going on for quite a while now. Any thoughts??? Thanks.

My recording are glitching and skipping also one of my genie mini the hdmi port isn't working since a storm. I had to hook it up to a old tv with a composite cable. I need to get this equipment changed out so I can quit streaming my shows that wont record properly. I have had this equipment over 10
