Sometimes I need to focus on something besides TV, so I hit the pause button. There have been ads that pop up when I hit the pause button. But this week I've noticed the ads now have motion. The app will load and the guide works as it should but when a channel is selected it will not play. App and TV are updated any the app works fine on same network using Apple TV and Stream app on Sony tv.

I have new model LG Smart TV. I can not get remote to control volume. I've reprogrammed the remote. Following the prompts to "What's the brand of your TV" I can type in the brand but there is not enter key; nothing happens. The "most searched brands" option just keeps spinning and nothing shows up.

While streaming select shows on Netflix, Paramount+ and Max, the picture is dark and without brightness, color and contrast. I have 2 Hisense TV purchased within the last year. Hisense does not have a fix and I am unable to get help from the streaming companies.
