I've followed every direction on connecting the reciever with my phone and every direction with the app and I still don't get an option on my phone to connect. I don't get a "remote tab" and there's nothing in the settings or preferences neither. So wut up wit dat?

When I turn on the TV I get HDMI in the upper right hand corner. Then, NO SIGNAL pops around the screen. I tried to turn off the box for 10 second then turn back on this did not work. We canceled our uverse service and returned four receivers, remotes via UPS. Received email this morning confirming the return of three receivers.
