20 year customer

I really  would like to keep DIRECTV, but they make it impossible.  Apparently because I’ve been a customer for 20 years I am grandfathered in to a ridiculously overpriced package. After three lost  phone calls and over three hours on the phone tonight, no one at customer service could help me. I am paying over $100 a month and do not get premium channels. In July it was $60 per month. Has anyone else been given this excuse? I only keep it for NFL package. I’m going to try to see if I can just stream the games and cancel Directv. I have AT and T but I’m not able to get a discount! Ugh!!
