You must call DirecTV (make sure it is the DirecTV specific number and not the AT&T one to minimize transfers). When you get the voice system say "cancel" and that should route you directly to their cancellation/retention department, as they are the only ones who may discuss your current agreement with you. Because considering cancelling is the most common reason for wanting this info, like other companies you must talk with a live agent so they can address the situation and try to retain your business.
