Give me my Credit.

I have had an equipment problem since 6/18. Direct tv billed me $7. per month for a box I don't have. I call constantly requesting a supervisor. Nope not going to happen. I called again to get the charges removed. I was told that the box had been riding in a tech truck for over a year. I guess he clean his truck. I was told to play the Sept. bill and the credit would be on my October bill. NOPE!!!  Then give me the box back maybe I can sell it.  

They owe me $47.93 for the box and at least 12 months of $7.per month. Not counting the number of Phone hours, I used.

How do I file a claim with the FCC.
