How did you guys charge me for early termination fee
If I never canceled my account and then refuse to credit my account the 480.00? This has to be the worse company I have dealt with in the last 10 years ! Your supervisors in the loyalty department are anything but managers and are lazy ! I seriously don’t know how you’ll are still in business with your low standards on taking care of the consumer! I gues this is what’s expect ***** ! I’m seriously ticked off with this so called company ! There is a reason I pull my lines from you’ll!

Confused by this statement. You are saying your account was never canceled, but got a charge of $480 which sounds like an early cancellation fee (ECF) for a full 24 months (so right after accepting a new service agreement)? This doesn't make sense, so I believe there is missing information on what is fully going on.
