Lies from loyalty department

Why does the loyalty department lie to customers?  I had a rep tell me she would call me back the next day. I told her I highly doubted she would. She proceeds to quote the Bible and tells me her word is her bond. Guess what?? She never called back. Thanks DIRECTV, this was not the first time I've been lied to by your loyalty department

I called to get my ATT/DirectTV bundle, which took many calls to finally order.  I was guaranteed my bundle and prices. Also guaranteed I would get the NFL Ticket on the promotion of get one year free and pay the next year. They are billing me and taking my money for it now.  I am a retiree/ military veteran on a limited budget and them taking money from my account monthly is very unacceptable. I get nowhere on the telephone with customer service, and there is no office that will talk with me and fix our problem. This is the ONLY method to reach out to have somebody help me from ATT/DirectTV.  I am hearing impaired and cannot hear on the telphone, and being No customer service email to assist me is just unbelievable. They do not have another customer with my name so from this message they reach me.  I do believe the ATT/Directv Customer Service is the worst I have experienced in my 62 years on this planet.
