OVER CHARGED/NO REFUND [Returned Equipment] CHARGED AGAIN
I was [[MIS]]charged for 3 service calls; promised refund for 2 that never happened.
No refund/Credit.
Cancelled Service.
TIMELY PAID [[BILL]] IN FULL.
Returned Equipment.
CHARGED FOR NOT RETURNING EQUIPMENT.

Do you have the tracking number for the package that the Genie was in? This can be used as evidence for return.

As it looks like you used the prepaid return kit process, what shipping carrier did you drop the box off with to send back? Such as UPS or USPS?

Dressing up post with bold or brackets every other line doesn't change options or results.
