Promised $200 gift card never recieved

Hello I signed up for Direct Tv because i was promised (2) $100 Visa Gift Cards to cover my cancellation fee with Verizon. I checked with the two people that promised me these cards and they said it would be another month. It has now been almost two months after i talked with them. I have yet to receive the gift cards and can not get in touch with those two individuals. In addition, I got some movie channels for 3 months for free but everytime i went to watch those channels it said i had to sign up and did not have access.
