Promotions expired after a year. Can I continue the promotions for 2nd year?

Acct. (Edited as per community guidelines)

My bill is too high for me, after one year, $205. It was $113 first year which was manageable for me. Can I continue with $113 amount for a second year? I hate to cancel my service. Thanks.

Just fyi, this is a customer forum and not att support. And no, typically promotions take place in the first 12 months and after that period you are billed full price. This is outlined on the website and order confirmation.

Canceling now will cost you around $240 in ECF/ETF.

You can certainly call and ask but extremely unlikely they will extend your promotional price.

Intro specials are 12 month discount with 24 month agreement. This is spelled out in advertisements as well as the order confirmation. There is no option for continuing a promotion and usually there are no new good specials during the 2nd year of the intro agreement as you haven't completed your starting order yet.

Never go into a service if you can only afford the intro pricing. Because of too many customers who have been on too much in discounts, later offers are few and far between these days as their CEO announce months ago they such promos would be pulled back.

So your options are to either reduce service until within budget, or cancel and pay your early cancellation fee (ECF).
