Silence after asking to speak to a manager

I have been trying to contact a manager about my account for 2 hours with no luck. Everyone that I ask to put me in touch with a manger places me on hold and never comes back. I NEED to speak with someone about my bill

What was on your bill that you didn't want? And when did you originally notice and call to remove?

What makes you believe a supervisor needs to get involved? Most billing disputes are invalid.

Because I should have a credit on my account of $205.68, however depending on who I talk to some can see that it’s there but it’s pending. Others say that my credit has been ejected, another says my credit was accepted but it won’t show until the next billing period. It’s not just about my bill, it’s the fact that I’m supposed to hand out money for something I didn’t want and have tried to get rid of since the moment it was one my bill.
