thanks for ruining Directv
wow, can't even talk to an american anymore
ever since ATT took over, directv service has gone into the toilet
I can't even use the actual directv website, it sends me to the att version, which is horrific!!!!!
went to upgrade my equipment for 4k
called and got some indian woman. I have four TVs
she kept asking me what TV wasnt working even though I kept telling HER that everything is fine, i just wanted to upgrade to 4k
so after a LONG time, she supposedly had my order set up for free equipment upgrades for 4 tvs.
I got an email back showing the order.
it was wrong. only enough devices for three TVs.
I called back, another indian whom I could hardly understand
tried to explain the issue. She said she understood and would update the order for another mini genie 2
never got an email for that.
Installer shows up
guess what, only enough equipment for 3 TVs
had to agree to a $99 charge for another mini genie to replace the other one.
was told just to call customer service to get the charge removed.
spent 30 minutes in a call with a woman named MARK
kept saying she was working on it.
then said she had to transfer me from BILLING to technical support to finalize
So, I get transferred to another person.
On phone with new person for OVER 15 minutes
waiting for supervisor to sign off on request
then waiting for someone else to sign off on THAT
then this person tells me that the lady, MARK, didnt tell him any of the account details or what was going on
and it made no sense to him beacuse he's not billing
then says, there's nothing HE can do. I have to wait till it shows up on the BILL , on the next billing cycle
before I can have it removed.
so now I have to wait for the billing cycle, and start calling all over again
the amount of time ive had to waste on this is unacceptable.
I am completely disgusted with ATT at this point.
ive been a LONG time customer, and this is just getting rediculous
its clear that AT&T doesn't give a ##$(&#)@*#@$*# about its customers.
