Why wont you honor your commitments?
All I am asking for is for someone to fix my account and understand what happened and what was negotiated. I had an account suspended for many months as I was out of the country for work. The philippines as a matter if fact. I suspended it because of travel. I got back the first week of the NFL sept 8. I called and the sales rep said she can offer the NFL max package, hbo and premium movie channels for a few months and a visa gift card. She set up an installation call for the following wednesday and said she would cancel my suspended account. I then remembered I still had the equipment and wanted to watch direct tv that day. So I called and spent literally 3 hours setting up what I thought was the new account with my current equipment. The lady I worked with confirmed the nfl max package was there and it was I watched it. I then left the country and my brother told me the package was gone on Sunday September 15. I got back in the country 2 days ago and called you all today to find out why. No one can figure it out bit to say my old account was activated and the nfl max package was removed. After 2 people confirmed the order. Today - your agent gives me the nfl max package and says it will cost me 69 dollars or something. No movie channels and no visa gift card. I told her to read the notes but apparently there is no log of any of it other than me saying I want it. Mind you, it was on my tv Sept 9. The manager that called me back had a poor attitude and was like your account has been suspended for 9 months like I am some slouch. He then says I can cancel my old account for a 190 bucks and then I can get the packages promised to me. Nfl max, visa card, movie channels. I said that makes zero sense. All the things you offer and were offered to me have a higher value than 190. So then he was like all smug and had the contact center attitude of oh you wanna cancel it then? Again, if my QA team picked that call up I would have a serious talk with him about his future dealing with customers. All I want now is account to stay active and to get the things that were negotiated. If I have to cancel and then have you all set this all up again to get it, I will. OR, someone can just add what was pitched to the dang account and fix my address. I have not lived at 2610 for years. How is this so hard?
