You said you helped me to get my reward

Hi I was supposed to get 300.00 reward and only got 200.00. Just talked to DIRECTV and they said they could not help me??? Here is the confirmation number you sent me from Valentina order number is 4225605704A. I really am so very tired of getting the run around it truly is exhausting!!

As mentioned, this is a public forum, mostly other customers. You don't need to start a 3rd thread for the same situation.

Certainly work with the official forum team if they can sort this out via Private/Direct Message (PM/DM). As the threads themselves are viewable by all, please be careful of what may be private info (names, order numbers, etc.).

I have linked your prior threads on this matter and closed them so there is not a back and forth on posting that could cause confusion.
