Did not get what was promised.

I signed up for a bundled package through Verizon. I was told I would get receiver upgrades that would allow me to record. What I got was standard receivers that will not record. I didn't know this until I called to add the service to my monthly bill. I was vitually told "too bad" that wasn't on their order.

Bottom line, beware, the marketers will promise you anything to sign you up but you have no recourse when you don't get what you were promised.
