Dish Alignment

I've lost all signals on Satellite 103.  Before adjusting, only some channels were having problems.  Now that I've adjust the alignment, I can't get any channels on 103(cb).

I've got weak but O.K. signal strength on 119

Strong on 110

Good (high 80's to mid 90's) signal strength on 101

All 0's on 103(cb)

All 0's on 103(ca)

All 0's on 103(s)  (my local HD's are on 99)

86, 88, 96 for 3 of the transponders on on 99(s)

For 99(c):

     low 40's on the odd transponders

     high 50's to low 60's on the even transponders

     If I adjust the TILT up about 10 degrees, these signals go up to the 70's and 80's.
