how to ground a MS6X8WB-Z?
Can someone explain (in relative lay person's terms ) how a MS6X8WB-Z multiswitch is supposed to be grounded? Is something supposed to be connected to one of the green screws located on each of the switch's 4 corners?

if you 6x8 is one of the newer ones with the UL listed logo, then it can be use for bonding. all you have to do is connect the 'messenger wire" from the coax from the dish to one of the green screws and then use a #10 solid copper wire to bond the switch to your main house ground.

If your system has a separate grounding block that is appropriately grounded to house ground, then it is not necessary to also ground the multiswitch.

The messenger and the #10 each go under their own screw, on opposite ends of the switch.

on opposite ends of the switch.
This is more of a preference rather than code.

Thanks for the replies. My multiswitch has the UL listed logo, and its not known to have a separate grounding block to the house ground. So, acoording to what I understand being explained, this picture I've attached does not show any proper grounding as there is no evidence of a messenger wire from the dish coax to one of the green screws on the multiswitch?

It's a residential dwelling, located on the roof.

Not only is the switch not grounded, the dish isn't bonded to the switch and to top it off there are no drip loops.
