New HD Guide
I live in rural southern Minnesota about an hour south of the Twin Cities. Ive been told since the start of November about the new hd guide. First I was gonna get it sometime in November. Never happened. Then I was told Dec 1. Never happened. Then told mid Dec. Never happened. Then told Dec 21. Never happened. All of this from Directvs own customer service people. This is horrible and Directv is doing a horrible job rolling out and,getting this out to people. Id ask if you can give me a date when I really will get the new guide but I wont believe it. Directv should be ashamed of itself for this terrible display of incompetance. What a joke. Just needed to get this out there.
