Nothing on screen

I have nothing on my screen I can hit guide and it pops up but can't see what's on or hear it

Thank you for reaching out to us here, we'd love to help you with your TV service concern! Are you getting any error message or code? Did you reset your receiver?

We suggest that you check all cable connections to make sure its positioned firmly and then reset your receiver by unplugging it from power for 15-20 seconds.
