Program guide doesn't show all days.
I have 2 SD receivers. One in the living room and one in a bedroom. Today is Sunday, when i use the guide it goes all the way to Thursday at 2:30am however there's only programming for Sunday, Monday and up to 5pm on Tuesday. At 5pm on Tuesday it just says To Be Announced all the way from that time through Thursday.
I've tried refreshing, I've unplugged the reciever waited and pulled it back in. I've pressed the little red button and nothing seems to work.
Why allow the guide to go 4-5 days in advance when all I can see is 2 and a half days?
I like to program shows so they will autotune to the channel and I can't get past 2 and a half days.

Just like @litzdog911 says, you need to speak to their retention department at this point because of bad front-line agents. Tell them you are trying to get the complimentary MPEG swap, but keep getting offered upgrades instead which you don't want. The $199 is the one-time upgrade lease cost of a HDDVR (non-Genie) so they have not been ordering the MPEG swap.
MPEG swap order is free.
No service agreement.
The $10 HD service is unavoidable, but my understanding is that the MPEG swap includes having that credited for either 12 or 24 months because the swap is required.

Okay so I called and spoke to a nice guy at AT&T. He never heard of the swap thing so he then went to speak with his back office and they told him yes it's a thing but it's not available in my area yet. So he went into his computer and put information in as if he was going to do the swap and it told him there would be charges so he said yes it's not in your area yet.
So I guess I just have to wait
Thank you for all your help here.
And I hope to god I don't have to talk to 8 different people at Direct tv when I do have to actually swap out the receivers.

I know the shutdown is rolling out and notices go along with this, but I didn't think you had to wait for a swap window to hit your area. Though it does make sense as otherwise that could be an overload of orders all at once, especially if they are making sure enough equipment is available.
If anything changes let us know.
