Recall button now going between 3 channels

I am having the same issue. When I am watching a recorded program it alternates between the last 2 live channels that I had on. It really (Edited per community guidelines), because when you go back to the live program you can't rewind. They also changed the 6 second rewind button. If you hit it quickly more than once it skips way back.  I am so sick of their stupid changes, it's like someone wants to make a change to justify their job. The problem is they are making stupid changes! Ever since AT&T took over Directv has gone down hill.  They have know idea how hard they are pushing me to try YouTube TV!!!

AT&T has sold off its remaining shares of DTV.  They haven't had day to day control of DTV since they sold off 30% a couple years ago.

I am just saying that the quality of service since then has been declining considerably. Whoever is in charge.

I noticed on my universal remote, goes between last 3 if that many channels views since turn on of receiver.  my genie remote only goes between last 2.
