Receiver returns

How long does it take for your debit card to be reimbursed when you return a receiver? Mine doesn't match my tv and I'm returning it but not cancelling service

What do you mean it doesn't match your TV? All boxes work for any TV, so your statement is confusing.

If you refused delivery of the box (so not opening it), then any cost of the box is reversed within 48 hrs of being logged back in. If box was already activated there is no reimbursement.

I really want to know what is meant by "doesn't match TV". Is aesthetics so a style issue?

I believe the OP somehow has a TV with a white border and since DIRECTV boxes are black (with the exception of D11, HR20 (not special black one), H20, etc), they don’t like the aesthetic side of things. Seems like a small thing to complain about though.
