What are the models of those 4 boxes?

Any boxes that get recycled, make sure to take out the access cards. The cards will either be sent back to DirecTV in a prepaid envelope that you receive within 30 days, or after that dispose of securely like you would a credit card.

As for where to recycle, you take to a local electronic recycling place. You will need to do a search for more local than just Texas, unless you plan for a lot of driving. If there is nothing close by, then check www.directv.com/recycle for another option.

Copied from your duplicate threads.

Those are NOT for recycling. You must return them to DirecTV. Take to a FedEx or UPS Store that participates in the free return program, making sure to get receipt showing they took possession. If your service address is over 10 miles away from a participating shipper, then call DirecTV so they use the old process of sending you a prepaid return kit.

Only the 1st generation Genie and Mini Genie Client (HR34 and C31) are non-returnable. All other Genies still go back. So you must return the HR54 and both C51s.
