Southern Maryland Install

I have recently moved from Golden Beach and have now rented a place on the old Dixon farm area. Anyway I have to wait to get approved by land lord about changing from the installed dish from Dish Network to Direct TV.  Well I need Direct TV as they have internet service as well. This place is kind of remote and there looks to be no cable boxes, so I was wondering what the lead time is on installation and who the internet provider is as Direct TV uses other companies?  Also I have the Tivi Premiere, I understand that it is compatible with Direct TV is that so, and can they set it up?Thank you aheaqd of time for your responses.
