Unable to reconnect to internet.
I have the HR24 receiver and have been unable to use the On Demand feature because the system says it's not connected. Upon following all of the recommended troubleshooting guides and possible failures I discovered that the DECA Broadband Adapter, model DECABB1MRO-01, is dead. There is no power to the unit, none of the three lights come on (power, NTWK, c.LINK) and I have checked the power supply in numerous other electrical outlets that I know work properly and it appears to be DOA. After speaking to a customer service representative for nearly an hour about this issue I was assured that a replacement was coming to me overnight via FedEx. When I received my package two days later I was excited to get up and going again only to discover that what I received was actually a Connected Home Adapter, model DCA2SRO-01. I have the SWM system with the P121R1-03 model and it appears to me that I am still unable to reconnect the internet to my receiver using what they sent me. I need assistance, PLEASE and Thank You!

Right as DTV considers a DECA BB as a tech only install, good news is you can order them online. While the only differences between a Connected Home Adapter and a DECA BB is that the DECA BB comes with a power supply either USB or a power brick you usually can't get the power brick by itself.

The DECA BB is also connected to a coax that runs to the SWM splitter this adds the internet to the SWM system and the Connected Home Adapter removes it to feed the receivers below the HR24, the HR24 has the Connected Home Adapter built in so doesn't need an external one.
