Most mornings, we record a three hour morning news show. Recently, it has been recording the show in 3 one hour segments.  Nothing has changed with our settings.  Is there anything we can do to simply make a single 3 hour recording?

Hi,I have a question about Cinema on demand. Does the 24 hour rental restriction apply if the movie was downloaded via the internet? Or does it stay in my queue until I watch it or delete it? In other words, do I only have 24 hours to watch it if I downloaded it to my queue?Thanks for the help!

I am trying to record as series the PBS evening News Hour and it never records

Since I received the 0x254 software update last Wednesday, my clock has been 1 hour behind. I am set for Auto Central. At 8pm I'm watching a show that the Guide shows as 7pm & the clock shows 7pm.

I watch Fox News on my 27" Mac everyday during the day. For the past 2 weeks, ALL of the news channels are running an hour behind. This isn't a problem on my TV's, or iPhone. Any thoughts?

When I look at the guide, the FOX news channel shows have their scheduled time 1 hour later than what it should be. My brother has another provider and his still shows the usual times on his guide. Does anyone know why this is happening?

This is unacceptable. I've been on hold with technical support for over an hour and I'm an elite customer (platinum). Can text live with tech support now either. I understand a higher demand during the Coronavirus benadryl some AT&T stores have shut down, but this is over the top and unacceptable.

The DVR shows 1 hour and 3 minutes of a completed recording. When playing the program it stops prior to the 20 minute mark. When fast forwarding the time indicator doesn't move beyond the time when the playback stopped. This is a Cisco DVR and a Cisco wireless receiver.
