I get very dark picture which comes and goes and then stays dark on my tv. until I reset, then the picture is good for awhile and goes back to being very dark, this happens with recorded programs as well as live. The receiver is one year old.

Yesterday I finally received TV2 client version: 2.4.29140.22 update on my arris 2250 and it corrected the dark picture. I no longer need to boost cell light or gamma by +2 on my plasma.I'm not noticing the black crush as much, it's 90% better.

Why do all packages contain Spanish channels as part of there package, 400-499, and then are counted as part of the say 350 channel package when I don't use them nor do i speak Spanish. That's 99 channels i'm paying for but never used.
