Well I fixed the error 13 and everything says OK but now I get the error 22 not connected to the Internet. I took the IP from my router witch is a 2 wire and I manually put it in and then I took all the rest off the other HD DVR I have hooked up. Does that sound like the right thing to do? Any help?

Tried to watch episodes on syfy.com, click to watch episode, it asks for service provider, i click uverse. login, and it keeps taking me to the same screen over and over in a catch 22 cycle. i am confused why i am paying for service but cannot access it.

I just had an HR24-500 shipped to me about a week ago and had to install it myself. I don't really watch tv.  But I went ahead and allowed Uverse to give me the premium movie channels for a "promotion".  The only problem is that unlike Dish, AT&T doesn't notifiy you when the promotions end.  I was charge over $300 before catching it.
