The hand hole located between 4516 and 4520 Carriagebrook Ct in Clemmons, NC has been driven over by a truck and severely damaged. My U-Verse feed originates from this hand hole. The hand hole will need replacing.

Most of the time, the hand control does not communicate with the wireless box. When changing channels, the numbers repeat or the channels numbers don't get entered and the channel changes quickly even before I enter the channel #.This is the second box I am having similar issues with.
