Fed up with the pixilation and freezing!

I cancelled my Direct TV and will be taking the four DVR/recievers to Fed Ex.

I'm ready to take the DVR/recievers to Fed Ex, but did not pack/include the power cords or cables that connect the boxes to the TV. Is it mandatory to include those cables or are the receivers what they count? Will they bill me for missing cables/power cord? Thank you.

Freeze up and resets

Pictures freezes up daily on HD and takes hours to reset.  I am fed up  Regular receiver no issues.  I am fully tired of this daily, and do not tell me  to get a new HD receiver.  This equipment should last longet than a couple of years.
