I have the genie remote RC73 and a Denon receiver AVR-S960H. When changing channels or pressing the Select/Exit/Info buttons the volume goes up or down on its own. I tried programming a new remote to my Samsung TV and Denon receiver but no luck, still having the same problem

I want channel up - down to only select Favorite channels. My device when using channel up - down goes to all the channels.  Really annoying.  Is there a way to set the remote so when you use channel up - down it only selects or scrolls through the Favorite channels?Thanks! 

Every night at approx. 11 pm  my Uverse goes down  for 5 to 10 minutes. Does  Uverse update at that time?  It happens just when the news comes on and I always miss the first few stories.

I have a Magnavox TV, 17 inch flatscreen about 4 years old. When I program the DirecTV remove for the Magnavox the volume will only go UP and not DOWN.  No matter if I hit the up arrow or the down arrow on the remote, the volume just goes UP. HELP !!

DirectTV stopped working. The genie light goes on then goes off. I tried disconnecting and resetting with the red reset button. It starts to reset or connect then light goes out and tv does not work.
