Woke up this morning to find all the channels are parental control locked on just one of my TVs.  I restarted the DVR, and checked the parental control  settings.  I have to enter my Parental Control pass code for every channel to unlock each channel.  I've gone into settings and selected "Unlock Al

Every time I try to use theses apps I have to reset my password. After I rest my password I’m locked out. Too many failed attempts. I have to repeat the process over and over. Why is this. I understand changing the password, but every time. Very frustrated. This has been going on for too long.

One of my receivers is working fine and the other one says searching for signal (signaled locked).

All of a sudden I cannot use the Food Network, National Geographic etc. apps to watch episodes anymore. It says its locked and that my uverse subscription does not contain this... it used to and its the only reason I agreed to getting it in. Why are those episodes locked now?

I have apple tv and it is asking me to verify my tv provider. I go to abc.com/activate, type in verification code, select my tv provider, then directed to att.com to log in to my account. After typing in my credentials, it is telling me they are invalid (which they are not). So, I re-set my password

I’m trying to set an account up on the directv websit, it’s saying my account is locked!? Why though, I’ve never had an online account before.

We have 4 RVs sharing one Slimline SL3S (SWiM). The cable run is over 200 feet where we have RG6 coax cable. We have installed 4 Senora Design signal amplifiers to get te signals at the receivers up to 94db. My problem (I think) is we are lacking power to the LNBs since the cable run is so long volt

my dvr was locked up so i pressed the reset button next to the card. now for the last 20 minutes i have a message that says 'receiving satellite info..." and a scale that still says 0% complete.  how long does this take? what should i do know?
