Channel fox 43 keeps going in and out. What is going on?

My 92yo caregiver is abusing dad's movie rental subscription.  Can I disable movie rental but still have On Demand?

I bought a movie. We have recently moved and got the directv moved with us. I try to play the movie and it will play but at the bottom of the screen it says to buy the movie again and won't go away. The wrods take up half the screen and its annoying since I already paid for the movie.

We rented a movie from AT&T On Demand, The Gentlemen, and the movie sound and action stops and starts sporadically. The staccato nature of the malfunction renders the movie unwatchable.We tried to reboot the AT&T system but it did not resolve the problem.Anyone have similar problems with The movie ‘

I purchased a movie during the hot summer deals for $10.99 and it disappeared. This was NOT a rental but a purchase movie and it's gone, I've looked everywhere and it's not there. My current bill shows being charged for it.

I am trying to watch a PPV movie that loads into channel FXM. It seems to load OK but I can only watch it on the DVR it loads into, not any of the others on my home network. It won't let me load the movie into any of the other DVRs diretctly, Any ideas?
