Where I can get the channel lineup for the Mexico Plus package?

Hello I have tried everything to add my U-verse to my Samsung TV with a VPN and Mexico I have the U-verse Service in the US but my app will not open can you help

I’m using the U-verse app in Mexico and cannot watch all the shows including the news live here in Mexico?can you tell me why this is not possible?

Channel changes multiple times with one tap of channel up/ down. The same happens with the arrow keys when scrolling through the guide. It moves more than once even though the button was only pressed once. Started after a software update a while ago, sometime last year. Happened with multiple boxes.
