How do you send a private message to DirectTV to get a response on a billing issue?

A response in the community forum advised me to private message my account info for help with my issue. But I’m not sure who to send the message too? Please help.

I sent two private messages to ATTCustomerCare on 12/1 & to ATTU-verseCare on 12/4 regarding two issues I have that have not been resolved in almost two years of service with ATT. Why is it so difficult to get something resolved with this company?

I received a private message from Mathew with AT&T. I had posted a previous billing error with my Uverse account. How do I reply back to him as I cannot use ATTcares in the send to field and it is asking for a name. This is so frustrating!!!
