Complaint! Remove Spray Paint From Private Road.
Hello,
I live in Troutman, North Carolina and over the fall AT&T ran it's new U-verse lines in our community (Twin Creeks Estates). When the contractors arrived they spray painted lines and markings all over our streets did the work and then left. Our streets are private and with no HOA all maintenance falls upon the home owners. Considering that the road is private property and it has been defaced by AT&T I would just like to know when someone will be out to remove the paint.

@TheoneHSK - I believe most of the markings would be from a service called - call before you dig - telno is 811.
att may have marked their new work. Hard to tell what the work sched is.
I believe the paint is water soluble & they expect a few rainstorms to remove it. Call 811 to get their thoughts.

Thanks for the reply but the paint is certainly not water soluble. The paint was left in October and has endured countless rain storms and a winter with snowfall. Unfortunately the paint is still there with not so much as a fade in its color.
