Buffering issues

Trying to watch the olympics and it keeps stopping and buffering. I see many people complaining of buffering issues. Getting about 75 mbps. Reset router, reset tv and still buffering. I guess directv stream was a bad idea.

Bad customer service

Directv has the worst customer service! Correction Directv has NO customer service.  Some clown answering the phone in Indonesia does not count as customer service.  When THEIR equipment does not work they make YOU pay for a service call.  This cocky company wastes your time telling

Setting a sleep timer with the direct tv remote

TV/Cable not hd

When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA? It's disrupting my service in watching WFSS (channel 8 - ABC) in my area.  Customers should not have to deal with the petty problems between Uverse and TEGNA.  Work it out or lose a long time subscriber.
