I installed a new vcr/dvd recorder and prior to that the signal was sent to the rest of the house through a splitter setup by installer.  Now I can get receiver & vcr/dvd to work with my (which has to have a rf output box) but when I try to attach connector to send to rest of house it doesn't receiv

The ability to stop a recording in progress has been removed.  Must have been a system update since the last time I used this feature.  I often program a rercording to go past the scheduled end time due to possible late starts then I check on them and stop the recording if needed.

UVerse when you hit stop when fast forwarding it would stop with an allowance for your reaction time i.e. back up a second or two so you did not miss anything. DirectTV does  not do that - are you developing a feature to do this? I wish I would have kept UVerse for that function only.
