How do you send a private message to DirectTV to get a response on a billing issue?

Recordings disappear. Scheduled new recordings. It will only save one at a time. Says there?s 100% space available. It?s recording one recording over the other and only saving one. I?ve rebooted receivers and rebooted the gateway. Any thoughts?

In the last two days, every time I turn on one of our TV's the screen says it is in power saving mode because there was no activity in the last four hours. I received a private message from Mathew with AT&T. I had posted a previous billing error with my Uverse account. How do I reply back to him as I cannot use ATTcares in the send to field and it is asking for a name. This is so frustrating!!!

I realize that EVERYTHING you DVR is copyrighted, but with said, I have several clips of myself on news shows I'd like to save. There must be a way around the DRM to save isn't there? I'm 50 and really not interested in charging people to watch first run 'bootleg' full movies. 🙂
