Tv connected to c51-500 client only plays in black and white. Replace hdmi cable, rebooted client, hit reset button still no change. Started a couple of weeks ago, before that worked fine.

I am attempting to add a client back to the network and can't seem to get past the "connecting to bridge" screen on the mini. Won't allow me to choose "connect now".

Hello, I had Directv remove a HR24-500 that I was using and asked them to re-activate a Genie client that I already have but previously had removed from my account. They said they can not reactivate the Genie client but will send out a new one for no charge. That's fine but now I have a question

i was just installed with a genie and 2 4k minis. the mini client out in the living room is breaking up pixelizing freezing up ang locking up and once it starts play back again it's like it skips forward a little. what's causing this to happen...

Yesterday I finally received TV2 client version: 2.4.29140.22 update on my arris 2250 and it corrected the dark picture. I no longer need to boost cell light or gamma by +2 on my plasma.I'm not noticing the black crush as much, it's 90% better.

How do I connect the C61k 4k client to the Genie? I believe the C61k requires a coax connection but I don't see any coax output on my HS17 Genie?
