when I had Time Warner I was able to start watch a show from the beginning in the event that I missed the first few minutes of the show. I don't seem to find the same capability with uverse unless i record the show.Am i missing something

It's a little sign not a (Edited per community guidelines)ing banner on top . its on the bottom. That says torn to channel 90 and it wont go away. It's a black sign with white lettering

I have been having the issue of movies being displayed in the annoying little box. It doesn't happen every day but on holidays and weekends. It also happens when we get the free premium channels previews. If the issue isn't resolved them I am going to Xfinity

I just bought a Roku 4K television set and now while I’m watching my shows through U-verse TV little boxes keep popping up on the screen. Is my internet high enough through AT&T to support a 4K Roku t.v. ?

Just had a Genie 2 installed for 7 TV’s. With the old receiver, I could playback to the beginning even if it was not recorded. Now it seems it just starts from where it is whenever I turn on the tv with no way to “rewind” to the start. Why the change? Did I lose this option with the Genie 2?

Since AT& T took over DIE=RECT TV services, our recorded shows will play about 1/2 way thru- then stps, pauses, and starts from beginning again! Very frustrating.

Upgraded to new genie on my old system I could rewind about an hour on whatever channel the tuner had been left on (in other words, I could go to the beginning of a show or the end of the last one) does not seem to be doing this on the genie solutions?

Recent update to make the double arrow go back to beginning of program messed up my remote. Instead of applying the update tk the double arrow back button it applied it to the 10 sec curved almost round button right above. Don't like it at all.

Over the past couple of days when we pause a show recorded from the DVR, it goes right back to the beginning of the recording when we hit Play. I have pushed the reset button on the receiver and it kept happening.  Later I unplugged the receiver and it is still happening.
